My Goals as a Teacher

     I take to heart the words of Maria Montessori. I believe all students are capable of great things. As a teacher I want create an environment that fosters a genuine love for learning that students can take with them for the rest of their lives. Early childhood is an important time in life. The experiences we have early in our education shape our future success as students.  As as teacher I hope to guide students to see the importance of education and learning. Academic success is most achievable in a safe and developmentally appropriate place where students feel free to learn. I want my classroom to be a place where students become their best selves. I believe in unbelievable futures for every student. Every child can succeed when given a place to do so.
